Private Casita in lovely 1 acre property

2 bedrooms w/ Queen bed, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. Located on 2nd floor w/ independent entry in 1 acre property w/ plenty of trees for full privacy. 35 min from Sky Harbor Airport! Property is deep cleaned after each stay. Please read “Other details to know” and "Interaction with guests" for our property rules BEFORE you book. The space Our facilities are very relaxing as they are located within one acre land and the neighbor properties are also 1 acre. Big gates ensure the privacy and safety of our guests. You will feel that you are staying in a private park within the Arizona desert. Other things to note Facilities have wood floors and only 8 years old. We want to keep our facilities looking like new and very safe. We are strict on the following 2 rules: 1) you are required to remove your shoes to keep the wood floor w/o scratches. 2) no additional guests or visitors are allowed in the premises. Only the number of guests booked in the reservation are allowed at the guest house -no exception. If these 2 rules are not followed at any time during the stay, Host will immediately cancel any reservation remaining days and will request all guests to leave the premises. Also, please note that our guest house is located in a "county island" which means is surrounded by the city but still we can keep a country living style. Banks, restaurants, groceries stores, entertainment venues, are all around us but we are still allowed to have farm animals. Although, I don't have animals, our neighbors have dogs, horses, roosters, chickens, pigs, and peacocks. Some of the exotic peacocks used to visit our facilities occasionally and they can be noisy as well as the roosters, birds, and neighbor dogs. Most people (see the reviews) really enjoy the nature experience but if you are not a nature lover, this is important to consider. Also, please note that the Tangelo Avenue that will get you to the house is a dirt road, so you have to drive 0.1 miles on it. Yes, it is only 0.1 miles and the road is in good conditions but might have potholes after a rain. Guests have not seem to care about it but I prefer to point this detail to you before you arrive.
