In our second apartment there is plenty of space for the whole family. There is a bedroom with extra toilet in the attic on the 2nd floor. In front of it is a large open space with a sofa bed, play corner and desk. On the first floor is a huge room with a kitchenette, living room, wood-burning stove and a large bathroom with bathtub. Here, too, the sofa can be used as a bed. If you go up the separate staircase outside to the apartment, you will come to a very nice roof terrace. The space The apartment is located on the first floor with 2 levels. You can get in through a 40 sqm roof terrace. 1st level: A very large living room with entrance area, kitchenette and bathroom. The large sofa can be made into a bed for 2 people. 2nd level: you enter an open space with sofa bed, office and play corner. A room where anything is possible. Work, play or sleep. Behind it is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra toilet. Guest access In front of the house, the left driveway, there is a parking lot for our guests. Then you continue along the path and come to a staircase on the right. House number 13 A, this leads to a large terrace which is just for our guests and is also the access to the apartment. Other things to note Please specify what type of bed should be prepared (e.g. 2 single beds or assembled as a double bed.) Or how many people want to sleep in each room. Then I can prepare it well.
