Villa Linnea

Welcome to a fantastic social and nice house. There is room for large families or friends to cook and socialize. If you want to play golf, this is an excellent accommodation, Tranås Golf Club is a stone's throw away with a nice restaurant. Tranås has beautiful nature to stay in all year round, from Villa Linnea you have proximity to the pine forest and swimming in Lake Sommen from a common jetty. The house was newly built in the summer of 2023 and the garden is under construction, there is a generous patio in a sunny location. The space The entrance floor is bright and open, you are greeted by the kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also an exit to the sunroom with seating for 10 people. The entrance floor has a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a bathroom with shower. Upper floor has a master bedroom with a 180 cm bed with AC. There are three smaller bedrooms, two of these rooms have 160 cm beds with AC and one bedroom has two 90 cm beds. This floor has a generous bathroom with double shower and bathtub, also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Centrally upstairs, there is a living room with TV. Three of the bedrooms on the upper floor have A/C. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note There is a possibility to rent sheets and towels at a cost: Bed linen - SEK 150/person Towels - SEK 50/person Possibility to rent a SUP board during the stay (2 available) for SEK 500/each for stays up to 1 week, SEK 750/each for the entire stay for longer stays. There is the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee of SEK 250/day. Please let us know before check-in if you are interested in renting. Payment is done directly to the host on the check-in day.
