Located just 10 minutes from Gant Lake and Andalusia, & only a 90 min drive to the amazing emerald beaches at Pensacola & Destin! The space This beautifully designed home sits on a 62 acre farm with large fields surrounded by tall mature trees that give you privacy from neighbors in all directions. The ponds are stocked so you can enjoy amazing fishing! This is a NON-SMOKING property. No cigarettes or vaping allowed. Guest access You will have your own private outdoor area surrounded by 4 acres of ponds and tall mature trees. Includes private patio areas with luxury seating, firepits and a grill. There’s beach chairs, beach towels, body boards and noodles that are free for you to use if you want to have a beach day! Destin and Pensacola beaches are only about a 1 1/2 drive away. We live in another cottage on this 62 acre property so are around if you need help with anything, but give you complete privacy during your stay! Other things to note We were prior Superhosts at a Colorado ranch property, so you can feel confident that your experience here will be super clean and comfortable, and you will enjoy your stay immensely! This property has a large, deep soaking tub with overhead shower head, so guests that struggle to get into a bathtub would have difficulty. There is not a separate shower unit. Watch movies outdoor on the deck at night with our outdoor movie screen and smart TV projector!
