We are renting out our home, a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (92 m2) in the heart of Gràcia with original hydraulic tile floors and other vintage details. It is furnished with vintage Danish modern and custom-built furniture. It has air conditioning and a nice cross breeze. It is within 5 minutes from the metro and half a dozen plazas. There are hundreds of restaurants nearby, as well as cafes, restaurants, music venues, and boutiques. A very lively area with many pedestrian streets. The space Two bedroom, two bath apartment with a well equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a 70x140 bed for a child. There are two balconies, one onto a quiet courtyard, the other onto a busier street. The apartment is on the second floor (American third floor), with an elevator that starts half a flight of stairs up. This being our home, it is full of art and design we have collected over the years. Guest access There is a small third bedroom where we will keep our own things. You will have access to the rest of the space. Other things to note The record player should only be used by those comfortable with and knowledgeable in how to use a record player.
