An oyster bar sits on the first floor, and just outside the door you’ll find James Beard–winning restaurants, lakefront paths, and Capitol Square. Meet your Hosts: We’re Julia and Kristopher, the husband-and-wife team behind Voyageur Stays. We live just a few minutes away with our son and are nearby if you need anything. What began as a small renovation project has grown into a design-focused hospitality company rooted in community, comfort, and craftsmanship. Please note before booking: Downtown location ‣ Occasional early-morning deliveries and garbage trucks (especially on alley side units) ‣ No on-site parking ‣ Paid parking is 3–5 minutes away at Wilson Street Garage ($8–$22/day) Historic building features: ‣ 2nd-floor walk-up (no elevator) ‣ Central radiator heat -cycles automatically based on the building thermostat, so room temperatures are not individually controlled. ‣ Window AC units for cooling Community environment ‣ Mixed short- and long-term residents ‣ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Guest access You’ll receive a building access code and a separate unit code prior to check-in. Other things to note Pet-Friendly Policy We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog per reservation for a $50 one-time fee per stay to cover extra cleaning. Please avoid leaving your dog alone if they bark. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive noise. There is no elevator in the building. Kindly let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog. Sorry, no cats, to help protect our furnishings and support allergy-sensitive guests. This building is home to both short- and long-term residents, so we ask all guests to help us maintain a peaceful environment.
