Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We are minutes away from downtown Mayaguez, fun beaches, restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, and the University of Puerto Rico. We are 10 minutes from the University of Puerto Rico and the Western Plaza shopping mall (Burlington, Sams Club, Pueblo 24 HR supermarket, Planet Fitness, Caribbean Cinemas and Home Depot. We are also 25 minutes away from the best beaches in Rincón, Añasco, Aguadilla, and Cabo Rojo. The space This house is a one-bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The living room has a futon that can accommodate up to 2 people. Guest access Access, dining room, kitchen, terrace and laundry. Other things to note The house has an automatic electric generator and a solar water heater. The electric generator will only be available for short power outages, not for prolonged events due to bad weather or hurricanes. If needed for long periods of time, there will be an additional cost for fuel.
