This private room is located on the ground level of a large house in one of Coquitlam’s most quiet and upscale neighborhoods. Though often called a basement, it is fully above ground, with full-size windows in every room — including the living room — allowing plenty of natural sunlight. The room is managed by the host, and we clean the bathroom and living room daily. The basement is very spacious and clean. It's just 5 minute drive to Coquitlam Center, There is Walmart /T&T/Shoppers Guest access We share with you the room you’re staying in, as well as the kitchen and laundry room. Please note that the use of the kitchen and laundry room is limited: the kitchen may be used from 7:30 AM until before 9:00 PM, and the laundry room may be used from 9:00 AM until before 9:00 PM (both the washer and dryer must be finished by 9:00 PM).
