The space The property is described as a two-storey house with one bedroom with two double deck beds, one kitchen, one living room and one bathroom. Located at Sitio Capala, Brgy. Laylay, Boac Marinduque near the Old Laylay Fishing port. It is fully furnished and equipped for light housekeeping. The following amenities like dishwares, silverwares, Pillow and Blankets, Face and Body Towels are provided. The living room includes a smart TV and a standing fan while the bedroom is fully airconditioned. The living room, kitchen and bathroom is located on the 1st floor while Airconditioned bedroom is on the second floor. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to six people to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is a pet-friendly space. The guest must inform the owner with the type and number of pets that will reside with them in the property. Pets must be up to date with vaccinations and free of any communicable infections, Well-groomed and house-trained. Guest have access to the beach during their stay and While we guarantee a safe beach, we ask that you supervise your children and non-swimmers closely.
