Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The attic is located in a historic house in Sauris di Sotto, an ideal place for a mountain vacation immersed in nature and tradition. Perfect for 4 people. The accommodation consists of an entrance with a kitchen, a large living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. * The tourist accommodation tax is included in the price: you will not have to pay anything upon arrival!! * The space With attention to every detail and designed for those who love the mountains, it is entirely covered in wood externally and internally, with traditional furniture. From the entrance you enter a corridor overlooking the fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with the bunk bed and the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories: stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes. You will also find a supply of pasta, sauce, condiments, and coffee at your disposal. Continue to the living room, with a dining table, sofa and TV. A few steps lead from here to the double bedroom, with a large closet and views of the surrounding nature. The room is heated by remote-controlled radiators. A hairdryer, bathroom kit, slippers, washing machine with drying rack, as well as household linen (sheets and towels) are available for guests. Any further change of towels can be made available at a cost of 10 euros. Just outside the entrance door, exiting on the left, you will find a small cabinet with a key (which is provided), very useful for leaving your shoes after an outing or an excursion. For the summer we can provide a sunbed and deckchair for 10 euros. The Municipality of Sauris provides free Wi-Fi, credentials will be provided upon arrival. For smokers, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Small pets (cats or small dogs) are allowed, for which we ask for a small contribution of 15 euros. Unfortunately, we cannot accept medium or large dogs, but contact us so we can better understand your pet's needs! Guest access The apartment is accessed by a short flight of external stairs (protected by a wooden wall) located on the right of the building. Outside the entrance door you will find a box with a code, containing the key to the apartment. You can park your car in the reserved space next to the house. Hours: check-in from 3:00 p.m. - check-out by 10:00 a.m. Other things to note Accommodation tax: it is included in the price per night, and the accommodation will pay it to the Municipality of Sauris. It applies to nights, people not residing, in accommodation facilities located in the City. The tax rate for this accommodation is €1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. The following are exempt from payment: - minors, who on the day of arrival have not yet reached the age of twelve; - disabled persons, who are not self-sufficient, with appropriate medical certification, including a companion; - personnel belonging to the State and local police, other armed forces, the Regional Forestry Corps, the National Fire Brigade as well as medical personnel who are staying for service requirements; - subjects who stay in accommodation facilities as a result of measures taken by public authorities to face emergency situations resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events and for humanitarian relief purposes.
