Delightful attic with a view

Relax with all the families in this quiet place. The attic is in an historic house in Sauris di Sotto, an ideal place for a mountain vacation immersed in nature and tradition. Perfect for 4 people. The accommodation consists of an entrance with kitchen, a large living room/living room, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. * Tourist tax included in the price - you won't have to pay anything when you arrive!! * The space Thoughtful in every detail and designed for mountain lovers, it's entirely made of wood externally and internally, with traditional furniture. From the entrance you can access a hallway overlooking the fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories: stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes. You will also find a supply of pasta, sauce, condiments, coffee at your disposal. Continue to the living room, with dining table, sofa and tv. A few steps lead from here to the double bedroom, with large closet and views of the surrounding nature. The setting is heated by remotely controlled radiators. A hairdryer, bath kit, slippers, washing machine with clothesline are available for guests to provide guests with a hairdryer (sheets and towels). Any further change of towels can be made available at a cost of 10 euros. Just outside the front door, exiting on the left, you will find a small closet with a key (which is provided), very useful for leaving shoes after an exit or hike. For the summer we can provide a sunbed and deckchair for 10 euros. The Municipality of Sauris provides free WiFi, credentials will be provided upon arrival Smoking not allowed inside the house. Small pets (cats or small dogs) are allowed, for which we ask for a small contribution of 15 euros. Unfortunately, we can't accept medium or large dogs, but contact us so we can better understand the needs of your pet! Guest access The apartment is accessed from a short ramp of outdoor stairs (protected by a wooden wall) located on the right side of the building. Outside the entrance door you will find a drawer with a code, containing the key of the apartment. You can park your car in the private space next to the home. Hours: check-in from 3:00 pm - check-out by 10 am Other things to note Tourist Tax: Included in the nightly rate, and the accommodation facility will pay it to the Municipality of Sauris. It applies to nights, people not residing, in accommodation facilities located in the City. The amount of tax for this property is € 1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. The following are exempt from payment: - minors who have not yet reached the age of 12 on the day of arrival; - people with disabilities, not self-sufficient, with suitable medical certification, including an accompanying person; - personnel belonging to the State and Local Police, the other Armed Police, the Regional Forest Corps, the National Fire Corps and health personnel staying for service needs; - People who stay in accommodation facilities as a result of measures taken by public authorities to address emergency situations resulting from disasters or extraordinary events and for the purpose of humanitarian relief.
