The space This charming property features two generously-sized bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Nestled in the heart of the National Capital Region (NCR), our home offers urban convenience with a 5-minute walk to the metro and proximity to five shopping malls within a 10-minute drive. Situated in a secure gated villa society with 24/7 guards, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. The highlight of our property is the expansive 40m garden area, including a small farm where guests can enjoy fresh vegetables. Free parking for one car adds to the convenience of your stay. Welcome to your home away from home! Guest access You'll have private access to the house. If there are any amenities missing, please notify me and we'll get them right to you. The backyard-farm/garden area will be shared by me and my family in the mornings and evenings so that we can tend to the plants and veggies growing and ensure that they're in good health. Feel free to ask for some fresh produce! Other things to note For additional cars, Paid parking is available on the premises if the need arises. (Upto 1) Additionally, We offer cleaning service on chargeable basis (₹300 per day), please let us know if you require it. Please use the ashtrays provided. Littering on the property is not allowed.
