In an independent building with independent entrance, we offer a furnished room with direct access to the bathroom which is shared with another room. You do not meet the occupant of the other room since the bathroom is between the two rooms, closed by a lock system. Ideally located in the heart of the Lyon West campus in Ecully, 15 minutes from Lyon center. You will enjoy a very quiet environment and a green setting. The space 20 m² bedroom, single level, furnished: double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage, kitchenette including sink/cupboard, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, shelf. WIFI included. Gravel parking space just behind the room, at the end of the private driveway. Guest access Parking, bedroom and bathroom.
