Fresh and bright uphill

Brand new 1000sq feet and everything you need for a comfortable stay ! Two bedrooms , each with a king sized bed and one with a tv. The sofa has a double pullout bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities . The suite offers a private covered patio to relax overlooking the garden and peekaboo of Kootenay Lake and Mountains . Convenient onsite parking for one car accessed from the alley. 10 minutes walking downhill to downtown Nelson ,it’s a bit of a hike back up being a mountain town. The space The spacious suite is located in the back walkout of our home. We did our best to insulate for sound and therefore the suite is fairly quiet . Guest access The private entrance to the suite is just 5 steps up from a convenient parking space accessed from the alley. *** If you are arriving with a second car you must park on the street in front of the house. It’s a short walk down the right side of the house to the back entrance . Other things to note While we welcome guests with ONE dog , we charge a fee for the extra cleaning and liability . Please report your pet and follow the posted rules for the joy of travelling with your dog. If you arrive with bikes , skis or gear we have a small padlocked storage area by the suite entryway.
