Must be approved by owner first!) Can be combined with Surfside Beacon-Studio (if available) to make 3 BR/3 BA (3br/3ba can sleep a MAX of 8) - Occupancy monitored by outdoor perimeter security cameras - Entry deck and private side deck with table & chairs. Outdoor Amenities: Picnic tables, grills, outdoor shower, & Tiki lounge area with corn hole (shared area with all guests on property). Locally owned & operated. Great family retreat located on the northeast bend of the Island. The property is approx. 200 ft from the beach crosswalk. Theater, restaurants and stores are close by. Local Island Taxi services are available all over the island for $5pp to anywhere on the island. (Prices increase once you cross the bridge!)
