Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost. The space Bedroom: Relax in a comfortable double bed. Bathroom: The room includes a small en-suite bathroom. It offers everything you need incl. a newly fitted electric shower, fresh towels, bathroom essentials, and hairdryer. Extra amenities: Coffee (Nespresso machine), tea, light snacks as well and bathrobes, sleep mist and more for your comfort. Entertainment: Curl up with your favourite shows on the smart HDTV—we've got streaming services covered. Outdoors: You will have access to a shared outdoor area, located in front of the annexe entrance - outdoor seating included. Refreshments: Coffee, tea, as well as kettle, and mini fridge are provided for your convenience. The room benefits from a dining table and chairs. Workspace: High speed internet included. The dining table can easily be turned into a workspace. Things to do: We live in a beautiful and peaceful village, with the local pub just around the corner. Guests share the front garden / terrace with the hosts and our dogs. Other things to note Pets at home: We share our home with Winston and Monty, our two friendly Boston Terriers. They love people and are very curious, so might want to say hello. If you're scared of dogs, or allergic to dogs, unfortunately, our home isn't the best fit for you. Cost / nightly fee: We don’t charge extra cleaning fees. Multi night stays: If you plan to stay for 3 nights or more, we are happy provide fresh towels and other essentials upon request.
