For a weekend or a longer stay, book a cottage between the lakes of Paladru and Aiguebelette🌞! This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy a countryside setting 🌳🐄 at the foot of the Chartreuse Park. Within an enclosed property, you will find spacious, well-equipped outdoor areas, a south-facing terrace, a space under a pergola to the west, and private parking. You will enjoy views of the countryside and, in the distance, the Grande Sûre. The space The house is detached and spread over two levels. There's no air conditioning, but don't worry, just open the windows at night!! 🏡 Its capacity is 4 to 6 people, ideal for families 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🤸‍♀️ 🚴, 8 very exceptionally (fixed additional cost of €10/night beyond 6 people). On the ground floor, there is a living area with a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, a small laundry room with storage, a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a living and sleeping area with a large, cozy living room featuring a relaxation area and a TV area, a master bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with two single beds, and a reading corner where the sofa bed can be used as a bed, as can the sofa bed in the living room (extra bed). A crib with bars and a folding baby cot are also available upon request. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. Guest access We can accommodate you or allow you to check in independently depending on the desired check-in date and time. The gîte has its own access and parking. Other things to note The property offers a 500-m² (5,382-ft²) flat plot that is fully fenced. An outdoor electric vehicle charging outlet is available (Level 2 : 220V 20A).
