To book for a weekend or a longer stay, a cottage between the lakes of Paladru and Aiguebelette! This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy a countryside setting at the foot of the Parc de la Chartreuse You will find within an enclosed plot well equipped spacious outdoor spaces, a south facing terrace, a pergola space to the west and private parking. You will enjoy the view of the countryside and in the distance the Grande Sure. The space The house is independent and spread over two levels. Its capacity is 4-6 people, 8 exceptionally (flat-rate additional cost of €10/night beyond 6 people). On the ground floor the day area with a kitchen open to the living room, a small laundry room with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the evening and night space with a large friendly living room equipped with a relaxation area and a TV area, a master bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with two single beds and a reading area for which the BZ can be used as a sleeping area, such as the sofa bed in the living room (extra). The floor also offers a bathroom and a separate toilet. Guest access We will be able to welcome you or allow you self check-in depending on the desired date and time of arrival. The cottage has its own access and parking. Other things to note The accommodation offers a flat plot of 500 m2 fully screened. An outdoor electric vehicle charging outlet is available (Level 2 : 220V 20A). Billing according to consumption.
