Enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches and wine region, McLaren Vale. The space Our house was designed with love for our family and friends. It’s an entertainer’s dream. The rooms are as follows: - Master Bedroom with King Bed - Kids Room with 1 x King Single Bed - Bedroom with 1 x Queen Bed - 2 living rooms - Large Open Living Kitchen and Butlers Pantry and Dining Outdoors you’ll find: - Deck with outdoor dining setting & lounge - BBQ area - Fire pit area - Cubby house - Lawn Guest access Guests will have full access to the house less the indoor storage room and outdoor storage sheds. Other things to note Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following information and guidelines to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 1. Stove top: - Our stove top is an induction cooktop with a downward draft. The controls are touch operated as follows. Turn on by holding down the (I) button for a few seconds. Then, select which cooktop you’d like to use out of the four by holding down the corresponding one. You can then select a number which will dictate the heat output. ie 9 is hottest, 1 is lowest. - If you need extra assistance with this - please message me and I’ll send a Youtube Video Tutorial 2. Coffee Machines - We have both a Pod machine and a Moccamaster coffee machine. - All coffee is kept in the drawer directly under the coffee machines. Help yourself. 3. Water: - Our entire house (including external taps) are filtered. The fridge runs cold filtered water. 4. BBQ Usage: - The BBQ is located on the deck for your use. - After using the BBQ, please ensure that the gas is turned off and cleaned after each use. 5. TV Usage: - The TVs do not have antenna connections, however there is Netflix, Foxtel and Disney for you to use as you wish. 6. Shower Usage: - Our shower knobs are a little funny, they are opposite way to standard, so turn the Hot to the left (anticlockwise) to turn on. The cold turns to the right (clockwise) to turn on. 7. Curtains & Blinds: - The blockout blinds and curtains are all hand-drawn so please do operate with care when shutting and opening. 8. Electrical Box: - The electrical box is located near the front door. In case of any electrical issues, please check the box and ensure that all switches are in the correct position. 9. Bins: - The bins are collected every Monday morning. - Please ensure that all rubbish is properly bagged and placed in the designated bins. (red=general rubbish, green=organic, yellow=recycling) - It is important to put the bins out on Sunday evening to ensure they are collected on time. 10. Locked areas: - The sheds are locked with our personal belongings. These are no go zones. - The room to the left of the Master Suite is also currently locked (under renovation). This room wasn’t included in the listing, don’t fret. Everything on the listing you have access to. 11. No parties or events: - Please enjoy the area and have a good time but please no loud noise outside after midnight, our neighbours are lovely but please keep them in mind. 12. Cans & Bottles - There are designated cans and bottles bins in the backyard for your convenience. 13. Dogs & Pets - Dogs are welcome, but must sleep outside please. Please ensure you clean up after them. We have a pooper scooper just near the clothes line, please empty into the green bin. 14. Please note, we have external security cameras on the property. One at the entrance and one near the sheds down the side access. 15. Strictly no extra guests allowed other than the ones you book with. Extra charges will apply.
