This trendy laid back district is only 10 minutes from Uptown, Midtown and Southend. We take pride in our cleanliness. You’ll find CLT Midwood shining and sparkling. Park your vehicle in our shared driveway and check yourself in with your own personal code at the front door. For your safety, the front door has a doorbell camera and there is a SimpliSafe alarm for you to set as you please. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cutting knives and boards, baking utensils, brand new gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Help yourself to the coffee station featuring a wide selection of coffee and tea, french press, Keurig, milk frother, and to go cups. Gather in the cozy living room for a movie on the 65" Smart TV, enjoy complimentary WiFi, set the Nest System at your comfort. Bedroom 1 has a large king bed, 43" Smart TV, closet with hangers, dresser and it's own master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, large mirror with great lighting, blow dryer, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Bedroom 2 has a large queen bed, closet with hangers, under the bed drawers, designated work space and a mirror. Between bedroom 2 & 3 there is a full bathroom with a bath tub. Bedroom 3 can be used as kid's room or extra room. It has 2 twin beds, a dresser, mirror, kid's play tent and toys. Step out into a quarter acre fenced in backyard. Perfect for your dog and you to enjoy! Here you will find a small patio and a bonfire area. Other amenities include a washer and dryer located in the laundry room next to the patio. Families are welcome to enjoy a relaxing environment with lots of activities close by. We provide a high chair, kid’s eating utensils, pack n play and toys as requested. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for a storage closet in bedroom 1. Other things to note Please take a moment to review the house rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: -No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. A $750 fee will be charged for deodorization if this rule is violated. -No Parties or Events: Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. A $100 fee will be charged per undisclosed guest. Please list all guests on your reservation. -No Food in Bedrooms -Fireplace Notice: The indoor fireplace is not operational. Please enjoy the outdoor fire pit instead! -Pet Policy: All dogs must be disclosed in advance. A $90 pet fee applies and must be paid prior to check-in. Please review full pet rules. -Checkout: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. We'll send checkout instructions the day before your departure.
