The main home has 6 bedrooms (3 primary Kings) and 4.5 bathrooms. The guest house has 2 bedrooms (1 w/King and 1 w/queen and twin bunks). Sprawled across over 8 acres and boasting beautiful porches and modern amenities, this property is a must see! About a half hour to both the OBX and the Va line, the centralized location makes it one of a kind. The attention to detail and quality workmanship leaves no question why this estate is famous among locals. Just across the street from the local and tourist favorite Morris Farm Market. Enjoy a cold beer, dive into local cuisine from the Coinjock Marina Food Truck and be entertained by the likes of Oliver Anthony and Craig Morgan. The Historic Palmer Inn Estate and Guest House will available for weddings and events but not on this platform. Wedding packages available upon request. For family reunions, rehearsal dinners and large gatherings there is a required event fee ($1500) and prior approval. Dogs are permitted with fee $175 per dog. Limit 2 dogs. The Pavilion is NOT part of the rental and is reserved as part of the Wedding Venue only. It is NOT available for Airbnb guests. Guest access Guests have access to the interior of both the main home and the smaller guest house located on the property. Please note that the newly constructed pavilion is not available for use during rentals. This area is a separate part of the property and is designated exclusively for the wedding venue, therefore it is not accessible to Airbnb guests. Other things to note Grills: Two grills available on the property, including one located behind the guest house Property Access: Guests have access to the interior of the main home and the guest house 🚫 The pavilion is not available for rental use and is reserved exclusively for the wedding venue.
