Stunning Art filled / Water View apt in Kochi

We are a couple of dreamers that believe that each space we create should feel like a sanctuary. Something that takes you away from life and gives you an opportunity to dream, relax and get creative, even in the middle of the city. Whether we are renting a space or plan to live in it long term, we always create in a manner in which we would love to live so here we are. Welcome to Riviera 1. We love art and craft. we hope you do too and you find the place as fun as we did creating it. The space *** we are flexible with our check in and check out time depending on whether we have a booking the previous/ next day . If we have a booking the next day we do need to stick to check out time of noon at the latest to give us time to clean for the next guest check in. ** we can help you with airport pick up . Let us know when you reserve and we can arrange taxi service for you . This apartment is located in Thevara which is absolutely central to the city in every direction (approx 20 minutes from Fort Kochi where the Kochi Biennale takes place and 10 minutes to Ernakulam ) and has an incredible serene view of the Kochi backwaters. It is also 2 minutes to a main highway that is connected in every major direction you wish to go in Kerala. The apartment is situated in a residential complex, very safe (very safe for solo travellers too) on the 11th floor , we have 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, AC's in every room , including the living room, TV is one room , balcony deck in 2 spaces over looking the water. We have a Bluetooth speaker for your music and a 45 inch TV in one room. Kitchen in furnished with a Microwave, toaster, water heater, basic cooking equipment, washing machine etc. If you enjoy cooking, you will be able to do so here. We also have a lady who lives in the complex that can deliver fresh home cooked food . You can contact her directly if you choose to use this service . Her details/ menu will be available in the apartment . Essentially we have tried to create a living space we would like to rent when we travel and I hope you can see and appreciate that in the details . Guest access You have access to our entire space. Enjoy and i hope this apartment gives you exactly the vibe you seek during your visit. Other things to note Please note that you are in a residential complex so please do be aware of your noise level. Though noise doesnt carry so much, please be mindful when playing music too loud etc past 9pm. There are quite a few elderly people in the building and just general kind behavior would be appreciated. *sometimes there will be construction noise outside with building work going on in other apts . It’s not always but this is also part of community living . It’s something we can’t control . We have worked very hard to build this space from what it was when we bought it. We have our personal artifacts in there for your enjoyment. We choose to keep all of this in there in trust because we believe in the goodness of people and I hope you can take that trust we place in you and use our things with the sensitivity with which we have placed them. *** This is a Drug Free Zone**
