Fonte Branda Suite with Panoramic View

Located on the top floor of the historic home of the family of the same name, Palazzo Baldi is a recently renovated apartment consisting of three suites. Fonte Branda is the first junior suite. The space The suite is an open space consisting of a king size bed with 100% cotton linen, an HD smart TV, a wardrobe with a safe, a desk with a wireless charging station for smartphones, a coffee table with chairs and a retractable kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick meal. In addition, the suite is served by a private bathroom equipped with a large travertine shower, towels and hairdryer. The suite has been furnished with quality materials, from the wood of the parquet to the travertine of the bathrooms, while the furniture is composed of a mix of custom-made craft furniture and antiques. Fonte Branda overlooks the breathtaking view of the Fosso di Sant'Ansano to the west, with a view of the Santa Maria della Scala complex and the Duomo. From this side, the sunset is an unmissable spectacle. Guest access In addition to the entrance and reception area, there are no shared spaces. We wanted to ensure the utmost privacy for our guests. Each suite is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Other things to note Please note that the booking confirmation is also to be understood as total acceptance of the "house rules" established by us. We therefore ask you to read them carefully and to respect them during your stay. In order to ensure a pleasant stay and the maintenance of the optimal conditions of the apartment, for long stays (more than 7 nights) there is an extra weekly cleaning that includes changing the linen and cleaning the rooms. The fee is €50 per service, which will be charged at the end of your stay.
