Additional parking spots are available if needed for $5 per night, & payment instructions are on the signage in the back row of the parking lot. Condo is on the third floor of a walk up building. There is no elevator. Gated courtyard area and yard in front of building for pets. Guest access You will have the entire condo yourself. Keyless entrance with door code. Please do NOT use the manual lock and only use the electronic lock. Other things to note Please enjoy a welcome drink at the bar, a drink from the fridge, or a snack :) There is a dumpster behind the building in the alley for you to use for trash if needed. Using the separate manual lock then locks you out of the apartment as the electronic lock isn’t able to work properly. There are additional parking spaces available if needed for $5/night in the back row of the lot and you pay via instructions on the signs.
