Please note, this is a small flat with only two rooms, one bathroom, and one kitchen. I host only quite, considerate guests. not Loud guests The kitchen is designed for light cooking, not for preparing large or exotic meals. Guest access Please feel at home, just like you’re visiting a friend in Central London. Make yourselves comfortable! Everything in the kitchen is for you to use and enjoy—tea, coffee, biscuits, and more are all provided to help you feel at home. During your stay I’ll be around to help if needed, just like having a new friend in London. but otherwise, you can enjoy your stay freely Other things to note After a bad experience last week with guests who were really loud in bed, I have to mention this. This is a city flat and the walls are very thin, so sound travels very easily between flats. The flat below has small children, and the flat above is also a family with small children. Those previous guests were very loud and it was disrespectful, and ware making horrible sex noises :( they should book a hotel if they are loud in having Sex So with respect and apologies, I have to tell every guest beforehand, as it would be too late afterwards. The families above and below were complaining, so please do not book with me if doing loud sex
