It has 3 rooms and a kitchen (of which 2 are bedrooms) with an open floor plan and a toilet/shower. Guest access You have sole access to the whole house as well as a large terrace/patio with Weber gas grill. Other things to note The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Check-in at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival (normally change on Sundays). The house is left cleaned and ready on the day of departure. The tenant will bring their own sheets and towels.
