Easy access to everything we love in Dallas! Cowboy, Mavs , Rangers, 6 Flags, Hurricane Harbor and the Mesquite Rodeo. Home backs up to a beautiful park with a full disc golf course, walking trail and playground. Too many great restaurants to list! If you see a “no heat” notice on this listing , it just means for the pool! I don’t know how it got there and I don’t know how to remove it! lol! The space 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath . Master downstairs, everything else upstairs. Very kid friendly. 2 living areas, both with eating spaces. Beautiful view of the pool out the living room windows . Child safety locks on all doors going out to the pool Guest access Every part of the house is accessible except the main refrigerator. You will have access to a full size private refrigerator in the garage that is easily accessed through the kitchen . Other things to note The pool is warm June - Sept. you are welcome to swim other times but there isn’t a heated option!
