We offer 2 charming houses in Saint-Alban, fully renovated, furnished and decorated in 2023 in harmonious colors, with a shared swimming pool. Each home has a surface area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. There are 2 attractive living rooms, 2 fully-equipped open-plan kitchens, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The space The two apartments are composed as follows: First floor: - A 40 m² living room with two sofas, TV and WiFi. - A dining area with a large table for 8 guests - An open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with 3-bin freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle... - Master bedroom: queen-size bed (160x200) with baby cot available. - Bathroom with large shower - Separate WC - Washing machine. First floor: - On the landing, an office space for two people. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Exterior: - A shared 4mx9m swimming pool heated from April to October (opening dates non-contractual). It is covered by a high shelter that can be opened. The entire pool is 1.5m deep, and features an electric curtain for safety, in addition to the cover which, when closed, provides a second level of safety. - A beautiful 2,000 m² shared garden, south-west facing. - A 25m² south-facing private terrace, accessible from the living room, with furniture for your lunches and dinners (charcoal barbecue, deckchairs). Our two houses are located in a hamlet between Saint Alban and Pléneuf Val André (3km from town center and 4km from beaches) on the Erquy, Cap Fréhel axis. All shops 3km away, Pléneuf Val André, Saint-Alban including Supermarket with drive for your arrival. These accommodations are managed by the Cocoonr agency in Val André - Erquy - Fréhel and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by one of our team, who will introduce you to them and hand over the keys. Other remarks: - All hotel-quality bedding, sheets and towels provided. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Please note that we are delighted to welcome pets, however, for neighborly reasons, the number, size and relative noise must be announced at the time of booking. - All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. - The lawn will be mowed by a robot at night.
