Two twin beds w/ bamboo sheets - 7 min drive off I-80 - Deluxe two headed rain shower - Big TV with all apps for login - Reliable WIFI, small kitchenette, dining table, and dedicated work desk - 3 min walk to Blackstone, 6min walk to Midtown - Free street parking - 8 min drive to Zoo, Old Market, & CHI Center The space -Great for single people, couples, small families, or groups up to 3 people. - Note there are no doors on the bathroom - the toilet and shower are around the corner. - A solid curtain for the bonus small bedroom with the twin beds. -Guests will be provided a personal code for 24+ hr keyless entry. - Guests must be able to use steep stairs since this is on the third floor. Unfortunately our unit is not wheelchair accessible. - 55 inch smart TV. - Microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea, slow cooker, smoke-mitigating electric griddle, light snacks, and often a gift from the local businesses we own. - Entrance to the Airbnb starts by walking through the back door of the large home through our mud room. Walk up your private STEEP stairs at the end of the mud room (part of the charm of a home built in the 1800’s!). At the top of the second floor, you’ll take the first door to your left and up the second set of steep private stairs to enter your guest suite. There are signs to guide you. Guest access Keyless entry for 24+ hour access. Off street parking is free in front of the house on Howard St. Additional free parking on 36th st. Other things to note Walk to the Cottonwood hotel for a drink or steak dinner. Walk Blackstone’s Archetype Coffee or Artemis Tea. The Bull Moose neighborhood bar in The Field Club. And many more things within walking distance or a 3 minute drive! The renter is fully responsible for their guests. - No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment. In case of damage due to an event, fees will apply. - No fireworks allowed - Kids are well loved and welcome in this home - the owners raised their kids here! Though please be mindful the property has steep multiple stairs. - For those staying 29 days or more: for everyone’s best interest, a lease will be created for all guests 21 years and older. We make it easy with a quick e-signature. NOTE: In high season/holidays, then can be tenants below you in the locked off bottom two stories.
