(may incur P350.00 cleaning fee) Guest access The guests have full access to the entire studio unit plus SMDC Trees' common amenities. 👉POOL ACCESS: ✅Php.150/head per day (regular days) ✅Php. 300 /head per day (weekends/holidays) 🌊6:00 am - 10:00 pm 👉Pool cleaning schedule (closed during cleaning): ▪️Monday: Lap pool (big adult pool) ▪️Tuesday: Smaller adult pool and kiddie pool 👉Proper swimming attire is required to use the pool. Other things to note 👉As part of our security measures, One valid ID per each guest needs to be sent upon confirmed booking for guest authorization. Guests also need to deposit one valid ID per each guest to security before proceeding to the unit. ✅ We reserve the right to decline guests who fail to comply. Alteration of date to a later date is only accepted five days prior your stay to avoid opportunity loss. If within five days, certain fee may be charged. 👉STRICTLY BASIC HOUSE RULES: ▪️NO SMOKING in the unit and the Trees Residences area please. (Smoking/vaping/E-cigarettes and the likes are STRICTLY not allowed within condo premises (penalty of P1,000)) ▪️The furnitures and appliances are given to our valued guest in good condition. Any breakage, damage, vandalism or lost of items will be charge to our valued guest depending on the condition. ▪️Any damage, penalty or violation will need to be compensated by the guests. ▪️VISITORS: Please DO NOT bring any additional guest outside of your reservation confirmation. Penalty and charges may apply and this might affect your stay experience due to security reason and we are not held responsible if the inconvenience may OCCUR. ▪️CLEANLINESS: As part of our enhanced cleaning protocol, the whole unit is cleaned and sanitized. Bed sheets, towels, etc. are all newly washed and cleaned for the safety and well-being of the guests. We are in a Clean As You Go policy, so please tidy up the unit before leaving. ▪️No loud music and parties as courtesy to the residents ▪️Pets are not allowed. ▪️Please avoid wasting water, electricity whenever it's possible.
