This suite covers approximately 650 square feet and is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guest access • Check-in is at the front desk • Guests have exclusive access to the condo. The resort amenities are shared with other guests in the building; some amenities are located half a mile away in another building. Hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Hot tubs are open year-round. Other things to note • The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. • The apartment is located in a timeshare property. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. The view changes from unit to unit. • Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit . This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation.
