Relaxing Private Entrance Studio w/Luxurious Bath

Welcome! We have been doing some upgrading and rearranging you'll notice if you are returning. Did we mention- NO CLEANING FEES?! 1920 Cape Cod with a finished basement into a studio space for guests, with my dream bathroom. You enter the studio by walking through the attached garage down into the basement. The bathroom is designed with a European feel (no door, there is a privacy screen if needed), with a Rainfall Showerhead, and a removable shower head. Take a soak in the 30 gal tub. The space ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE STUDIO & BATHROOM The Studio is spacious, peaceful, and is decorated with local artists' work. It features a private, en-suite bathroom. The bed is very comfortable, with comfy linens and a comforter. We strive to make the studio a comfortable temperature for your stay, if you need the thermostat adjusted please let me know we have WiFi access to control the HVAC. A space heater is also available for your comfort. There is a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig. There is an assortment of different k cups and tea. The only dishes I provide are 2 coffee mugs, plates and silverware. If you will be needing anything else please let me know ahead of time before you check in so I can have those ready for you. Please note my partner and I make a considerable effort to keep our comings and goings in the house quiet as to not disturb your stay in the studio. The floor/ceiling is thin and the sounds of dogs and walking are sometimes noticeable because of the wooden floors. We have insulated the basement ceiling and provided a white noise machine and earplugs to help maintain your comfort. Guest access **Please only registered guests, traveling together; this is my home; when you leave so should your guest.** Set in the basement of the house, this studio has a private, lockable entrance through the outside of the house. Please note this listing does not include access to the house, which includes the kitchen. THE HOUSE The basement is newly renovated, very clean and cozy with a modern feel. Note that the studio does have a TV with a chrome cast to stream whatever service you may have a subscription for from your device; I unfortunately don't have any subscriptions set up- however, the wifi can get you connected. In addition to your studio, you will have access to the backyard which is a tranquil outdoor space with a huge Maple tree providing majority of the shade. Nice to relax and have a drink after a busy day. Your stay comes complete with a beautiful well mannered German Shepherd, Sasha. However, the dog is never allowed in the studio and most guests with allergies have reported that they had no reaction during their stay. She might want to play fetch if you join her in the back yard. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, so please follow our simple check out instructions to just make sure you're conserving electricity and your used towels are in the basket, and trash is in the garbage cans. The studio is in the basement of the house which you access through the attached garage** Please watch your step coming into the garage, there is a stepdown when going into the basement. Unfortunately Airbnb has put an age restriction of 25+ because this is a separate suite from my house. Please contact Airbnb directly to over ride this restriction, I unfortunately have no control over this.
