Comfortable cottage on 2 floors, renovated in 2024 with 15 m2 terrace and parking that can accommodate 1 vehicle. Ideally located, between the Dore Mountains (Sancy, lakes, Cap Guery) and the Dômes Mountains (Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptegy...). Ground floor with kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom/WC; 1st floor with two bedrooms and a toilet (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 and baby bed on request, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190). Bed linen and towels on request: 10 euro per person (to be paid on site) Relaxing stay for the whole family. 5 minutes from the Basilica of Orcival, 15 minutes from the Puy de Dôme site, Vulcania and Lemptégy, 15 minutes from the Guéry, Servières and Aydat lakes, 20 minutes from Mont Dore and the Château de Murol, 25 minutes from Bourboule, 30 minutes from the historic center of Clermont-Ferrand or Besse, 45 minutes from Super-Besse, 30 minutes from Volvic, 12 minutes from Rochefort-Montagne for shops, many departures for walks and hikes on foot, snowshoeing, cycling, skiing.... (the GTMC passes in front of the cottage). The gîte is located in the village of Saint Bonnet near Orcival. The village shops (inn, grocery store/bakery, tobacconist, weekly market, free "Sanpèze" store...) are within walking distance. You will find a children's playground as well as a city park (basketball, soccer...) and the "Sioule" river 150 m from the cottage. Our cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. On request: baby bed, highchair. The cottage is completely renovated by us on the principles of eco-construction: - wood wool insulation - replacement of high-quality joinery - installation of a pellet stove... We practice selective sorting and composting for better waste management. Guest access Ground floor overlooking terrace and parking for one vehicle. Garden furniture and electric plancha available. Possibility of storing bicycles, skis, sleds, etc. in the cellar.
