Description

West Bay Getaway is a newly renovated, modern home only a short walk from the ocean. With partial ocean views from the primary bedroom patio, comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people and a fully stocked kitchen, our goal is to provide you with a relaxing place to end your day after exploring all the beauty that Victoria has to offer. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. The space West Bay Getaway is a half duplex owned by multi generational family members! Co- owners live onsite on the other side of the duplex. The unit was completely renovated by the co-owners in April 2024 and is ready to be enjoyed by guests. The upstairs provides 3 bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with custom shower, and balcony with partial ocean views. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with plenty of room for children to stay with some toys and books readily available for playing and reading. The third bedroom is the smallest with a queen sized bed, dresser, closet and built in shelving. The upstairs is complete with a main bathroom with a full sized bathtub and a linen closet full of fresh towels and linens for your comfort. The main floor is an open concept design with a living room area, TV, electric fire place, and cozy reading nook. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking and socializing. Four barstools sit at the large countertop in the living space and the dining area seats six. Enjoy a coffee or tea from the coffee bar, complete with its very own pot filler! The main floor is complete with a powder room and laundry unit. Guests are invited to enjoy the dining area, patio set, or lounger chair in the units fully fenced back yard. BBQ available upon request. * Please note that the owners family yard shares a fence and is not fully private. We will do our best to respect your privacy but also welcome friendly conversation if invited by guests. Guest access A parking stall is available on site. Guests will be provided with a code for the door 24 hours in advance of check-in. Guests are welcome to use the immediate yard on the property.
