Located in the heart of an amazing village, Earls Barton is in the top ten best villages to live in, in Northamptonshire It boasts many options for food and drinks - pubs, a wine bar, a micro pub and lots of nice cafes all in walking distance, including one right by the Marina There are lots of Countryside walks around the area. Christmas Eve Carols are an event not to miss 10 min drive from Wellingborough Train Station, so easy access to London etc The house has been recently modernised The space A newly renovated two bed terrace, stylish but cosy. The downstairs consists of a living room and dining area, a kitchen area which is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cooking spices and coffee pods. Upstairs compromises two double bedrooms with wardrobe space. We have an upstairs bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. Guest access You will have access to the whole home. We do ask that you please remove your shoes on the carpet so we can keep it looking as good as new.
