Newly renovated apartment with amazing views facing the Sacré coeur and parisian rooftop. Our place is very well located, nested between the 9th and 10th arrondissement of Paris with tons of restaurants, bars and shops in a short walking distance (rue du faubourg Saint Denis, rue des petites écuries, rue des martyrs). A lot of commutes nearby (more details below) to an easy access to the monuments & the Olympic games sites. The space Our place is located on the 7th floor of a 60s building WITH an elevator (rare in Paris) to enjoy beautiful views over parisian monuments and roofs. The main living area is very bright with large windows and a balcony opened on peaceful & green gardens. The view is outstanding facing the Sacré coeur & Saint Vincent de Paul church. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises & sunsets with a glass of wine on the balcony where 2 people can easily seat. The dining area can host 6 people for whom you can cook enjoying the view. The seating area has a big couch, armchair, a piano and a selection of english & french books. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: - The master bedroom: sunny with its private balcony is furnished with a king size bed (180x200cm) and a big closet - The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a baby bed There is also a large bathroom with a bath&shower, twin sinks, washing machine, dryer and a separated WC.
