Welcome to a Slice of Heaven on Lake Sunapee for your family! Enjoy your private sandy-bottom beach and dock, accessed across the road. Tie up your boat at the dock or use our kayaks and paddle boards. For winter guests, our home is a 10-minute drive to Mount Sunapee. In the evening your family can relax in our open concept living space. A 10-minute walk to charming Sunapee Harbor finds seasonal shopping and restaurants. Cultural events are a 30-minute drive at Dartmouth College. Enjoy it all! The space We know you are going to love this Sunapee Slice of Heaven! The house is nestled amongst tall trees which assures privacy and quiet. The deck off the living area is large with comfortable chairs, eating area and a grill. A powered awning offers protection from the sun. In the winter enjoy family time, cuddled on the spacious couch with a propane-burning stove for ambiance. The house offers an exceptionally comfortable open concept living, dining and kitchen area. If you are a cook, you will love our fully equipped kitchen! The sunroom is the perfect spot to feel the first rays in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. An office area can be used as an extra sleeping area, or dedicated workspace. There is a half bath on the first floor, and full bathroom on the second floor. Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed, offers a sleeping space for everyone. Games, books and toys along with a pack and play, makes our home feel like your own for the little ones. Our private dock and sandy-bottom beach are accessed across the road from the house. Bring your own boat to tie up at our dock or use our paddle boards and kayaks! A 10-minute walk brings you to Sunapee Harbor, the best destination for seasonal restaurants, Farmer's Market, historical and educational findings, shopping, and natural wonders (ask about how to find the hidden waterfall on the Sugar River!) Our Slice of Heaven is an oasis for any family or small group to gather together for quality time. Guest access The house, deck, yard, driveway, beach, and dock are all open to our guests! We prefer guests don't use the garage or basement - both are kept locked. Other things to note We are a family-friendly private home, and we welcome your stay with us! However, to be able to accommodate various needs of guests we are a smoke-free and pet-free house.
