Close to public transportation and local restaurants, bars, shops + supermarket - all a short 8-10 min walk. 2 blocks from Forest Hills Stadium; and a short cab ride to the US Open + Citi Field. The Subway ride to Manhattan is 25 min to midtown - OR the Long Island Railroad is 13 min ride to Penn Station - all close to Museums, Theaters and shows on the West side of Manhattan! The space The suite is bright, charming, clean and spacious with a view over the neighborhood. Sunsets are amazing and the evenings provide a quiet retreat from the noisy city streets. Located on the 3rd floor of a family home. The space you will occupy has a Queen size bed with closet and desk. The hallway to your bedroom and bathroom is separate and private from the host space at the other end of the apartment. You will have use of the washer/dryer right next to your bathroom. With a full kitchen, living/dining table; the suite is cozy and comfortable. We provide Wifi for guests along with other basic amenities in kitchen + bath. Guest access The front entry door of the house is at the top of the stoop. Through the front door there is a vestibule and a stairway leading up to the apartment. Other things to note Please note that this charming apartment is located on the 3rd floor. While the higher floor provides an elevated view and a quieter atmosphere, it does require climbing a few stairs. We understand that this may be a consideration for some guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage, Quiet hours begin at 10pm. There is ample parking on the street.
