Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. August Haus is an Enxaimel House built in 1907, located on the Enxaimel Route in Pomerode. The small property conveys calm and tranquility to guests, allowing you to fill your memories with moments of joy and peace. The house is in the countryside, approximately 10 minutes from the city center. The space The house built in the technique half-timbered in 1907. Located on the Enxaimel Route in Pomerode. The Enxaimel Route is the largest concentration outside Europe of houses built on the Enxaimel technique, brought by German immigrants. There are about 50 houses along 16km, on a course listed as a landscape heritage by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute (IPHAN). It was chosen by the UN as one of the Best Tourist Villages in the world, for its historical and cultural content, its preserved traditions and tourist attractions. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1. A larger one that accommodates a double bed and a single bed with an auxiliary bed ( for 4 persons) ; 2 Other double and; 3. A bedroom that sits on the balcony, exclusive access there, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It has a kitchen with wood stove and a large dining room, as well as a living/TV room. It has an outdoor area ( balcony) with wood oven, table , barbecue and lavatory. Wooden garden great for picnic and outdoor play. In the property there is a ranch from the same time where the animals are treated. There are two cats, Mimi ( female) and Mizi ( male), which are located in the vicinity but do not enter the house. The residence is 2 km, about 3 minutes by car, from the city's hypermarket, pharmacies and bakeries. The nearest restaurant is 750 meters away. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. The ranch that is on the property can be accessed by accompanying the owners, who will explain the function of equipment and utensils, if they are interested. Firewood for the stove is available at the attached ranch.
