The heath paradise invites you for walks with its secluded location in the Estetal nature reserve, the 2.5 hectares of forest area belonging to it and the forests and meadows around it. Sometimes you feel like you are in other worlds, as nature extends here untouched. Here you can immerse yourself in your well-deserved break, relax wonderfully, find inspiration for your (artistic) projects and set new impulses with your colleagues, friends or family in this beautiful environment. The space The house is built in a loft style, the 140 sqm are spread over 3 floors: On the first floor, the open kitchen invites you to cook and eat together and the sofa landscape by the fireplace promises pure relaxation. From here you can also look out of the large panoramic window and enjoy nature in all weather, maybe you will discover one or the other deer. On the upper floor there are the various sleeping options in a large room and the bathroom. To ensure privacy here, room dividers are available. The highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can relax and marvel at the starry sky. To be able to sleep a little more separately, there are two sleeping temples, each of which can accommodate up to 2 people. In the basement, there is another full bathroom and an additional large refrigerator. PLEASE NOTE URGENTLY: THERE IS ALSO A WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER - IF YOU WANT TO USE THEM, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, THANK 😃 YOU AND: WE USUALLY ONLY OPEN THE BASEMENT FOR 5 GUESTS - if desired for a smaller number of guests, please contact us!! And please note: If we open the bathroom, there will be an additional cleaning fee of €30. Due to the many windows and large window fronts, the house is very bright and the many wooden beams give it a special charm. On the two terraces you can enjoy the morning and evening sun and in the 2.5ha "garden" you will always find a place in the sun during the day. And with the foosball table, you can spend all afternoons together and completely age-mixed ;-)) Guest access You have sole access to the house, the two verandas (one with morning sun and one with evening sun ;-)) and the entire outdoor area. If you are more than 5 guests, we will open the basement with the extra bathroom - an additional €30 will be charged for cleaning 😃 Other things to note We have already put a lot of love into the house, especially in the very individual interior design.
