The lower part has a bedroom, a bathroom and the living room/kitchen connected. The mezzanine can be adapted as a bedroom with a double and single mattress or turn into a home office, according to your preference. The living room/kitchen are interconnected with the outside area that has a barbecue prepared for you to enjoy the return from the beach. The outside area is pleasant with shade from the trees, birdsong and a beautiful view of the sunset and also the starry night of the south of the island. (With special emphasis on full moon nights) The cabin was designed and decorated exclusively with the intention of welcoming families/friends and is fully equipped to enjoy the days without worry. The wooden house with indirect and delicate lighting brings a feeling of warmth and tranquility ideal for invigorating after a day of work or walks. The layout of the house was designed to facilitate mobility, keep guests united and comfortable, seeking to align privacy with community life. We have 3 houses on the same plot, but each one has all the necessary facilities for exclusive use, sharing only the same entrance. The furniture is of quality and certainly you can enjoy vacation days or even work with great comfort and tranquility. The beach is 800m (10min walking) from the residence, and is the best point of campeche beach, making it possible to enjoy the day, take a sea bath and also enjoy the famous waves of Florianópolis. We have a supermarket just 400m from the house with all the necessary supplies, and just 600m away you reach the main avenue in the south of the island, Avenida Pequeno Príncipe, where you can find restaurants, shops and bars... In short, this is the place to drop your car keys, put on your slippers and enjoy the beauties, simplicity and tranquility that only the island of magic can offer.
