This space is pet-friendly in order to maintain its pristine condition—so we kindly ask that you clean behind your furry friends at home, including those of visiting guests. For guests staying over 14 days, we offer special long-term accommodations. To keep the home in top condition, a bi-weekly cleaning is Required at a discounted Rate, ensuring everything remains fresh and welcoming throughout your stay. These cleanings will be scheduled in advance, prior to move in, with the fee included upfront for your convenience. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting you in this exceptional space!” Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay: Please review the following information carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. Guest Registration and IDs: All guests must be registered, and every adult staying at the property is required to present a valid ID at the time of booking. This is necessary for safety reasons and to ensure we have accurate records in case of emergencies. Property Policies: •This property has a strict policy on the accurate number of guest. You must provide the accurate number of guest in order for us to accept your reservation. You agree to list all occupants no matter how long they stay. You agree, comply and fully understand that if you do not list the accurate number of guest we will cancel your reservation and you will not receive a refund of any kind. •This property has strict no-smoking and no unauthorized guest policies. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Additionally, if law enforcement is called to the property due to criminal activity, a $1,000 fee will be charged in addition to your fee you paid to Airbnb and the reservation will be terminated immediately. Fees: • $500 Smoking fee if evidence of smoking is found (odor, marks, clippings, ashes, etc.). • $250 Pet fee per pet, only allowed with prior approval. • $99 per person for any additional guests beyond the first guest. • $10 per minute late checkout fee if not pre-approved in writing. • $250 key replacement fee if the emergency key is lost and rekeying is necessary. • $500 excessive deep cleaning fee if the property requires extra cleaning after your stay. • $250 fee per remote for remote replacement (garage fob, if applicable). Parking: • Parking is available in the private driveway. No more than two vehicles are allowed in the garage and oversized vehicles should not be parked in the driveway. • Do not block neighbors’ driveways or garages, and ensure no vehicles are left after checkout to avoid towing. Additional Information: • Check-in time: 4 PM • Check-out time: 11 AM • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM to respect the neighborhood. • No parties or large gatherings are permitted without our written permission and no hanging out in front of the house. Respect the peaceful environment of the neighborhood. Housekeeping for Long Stays: For stays of 14 days or longer, a bi-weekly cleaning service is required at an additional fee of $200. This helps maintain the property in excellent condition throughout your stay. Supplies Provided: We offer limited essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, towels, shampoo, and body soap. Please purchase any additional items you may need during your stay. Third-Party Bookings & Long Stays: For third-party bookings or long stays, deposit May be required. Third-party bookings will also require a signed agreement acknowledging all house rules. Additional cleanings will be scheduled at an extra charge for long stays. No exceptions. Reservation Terms PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: By booking, you agree, comply and fully understand to the property’s condition as-is and accept the location. Cancellations due to dissatisfaction with the location or property will not be refunded. Any disputes will be mediated through Airbnb, and guests agree to resolve issues without retaliation or damage to the property. Any damages found after your stay will result in full responsibility for repair costs. All furnishings in the unit must stay in the exact place and position. •If you move furnishings, you are responsible for putting them back exactly the way you found it.
