Large room in Grade 2 listed family home

Our house is a very old, beautiful, quirky grade 2 listed building with many old features still in place, such as beams, a fireplace and low ceilings(!) We have a small garden with 2 chickens and we also have a friendly pet cat. It is very much our family home, and we are renting out our spare bedroom which comfortably fits a family of 3. You are welcome to use the communal spaces if you are happy to share with us. We are a family of 3, with a lively toddler! The space Our spare room has a double bed and a single bed in it, making it perfect for a family or for 3 adults. The house itself is a 1600s 'hall house' Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, bathroom and living room. During your stay We live in the house too, and are generally out during the day, but often around in the evenings. Martyn is a chef, so always happy to discuss food. Charlie loves travelling and culture- so will gladly help you explore the local area. We are very happy to give restaurant recommendations!
