There's a creek flow right next door that will give you a nice melody while enjoying your morning tea on the terrace of the house. Being located on the outskirts of the forest, you can explore the beauties of nature on foot or with bikes. Other things to note It is electricity 12v and 220v due to a solar panel and a battery that allows 12 hours of autonomy. It is running water due to captures from the roof of the water in a 100L can. It is hot water as long as it is sunny in the sky, due to a coil mounted on the roof.
