You don’t need 4 wheel drive, but be aware if you aren’t used to this. It is a county road with other residents that share it, please drive slow and cautious. We live with nature and that means critters. Fox, bear, occasional mountain lion, spiders, bees… Amazing for groups , camping on the land, outdoor cooking, lawn games, hiking. **We have chickens, ducks and an outdoor cat living on this property.
