A Note About Pets We love animals, but we’re unable to host dogs at this time. For those traveling with service animals or ESAs, please note that our resident cat, chickens, and ducks thrive best in a dog-free environment. Special Events & Retreats Planning a small wedding, retreat, or celebration? We’d love to host you. We currently offer a flat weekend rate of $7,000 (Thursday–Sunday) for wedding or retreat weekends, which includes use of the home, property, and select seasonal flowers or food from the gardens. Other things to note Please read before booking: The home is accessed via a rural dirt road in a quiet, off-the-beaten-path setting. The drive is part of what provides the privacy, open views, and dark night skies, but it’s not for everyone. Guests who enjoy nature, seclusion, and a rural location tend to love it most, so please be sure this setting is a good fit before booking. You don’t need 4 wheel drive, but be aware if you aren’t used to this. It is a county road with other residents that share it, please drive slow and cautious. We live with nature and that means critters. Fox, bear, occasional mountain lion, spiders, bees… Amazing for groups , camping on the land, outdoor cooking, lawn games, hiking. **We have chickens, ducks and an outdoor cat living on this property.
