Nice, fully furnished basement apartment with free on street parking and a private entrance. We don’t have cable tv but have a smart TV and we provide a few apps. This is a very safe neighborhood and we are about a ten minute drive to the university and downtown activities. The State College airport is only six miles from our place! We are also close to restaurants, Wegmans, Trader Joe’s and a movie theater. The space The space is over 500sq feet. There are two queen beds, plus a twin air mattress and/or a twin size futon. All of the beds are in the same room so please keep that in mind before booking our place! **There is an additional $25/person each night for more than four guests. Guest access This is a basement apartment with your own entrance/living space. It has a keyless entry and the code will be given a few days before your arrival. Other things to note Please note that the owners (Jorn & Bonnie) live upstairs so please be respectful of the noise after 10pm….Thank you!
