Escape to the heart of Tims Ford Lake with this beautifully remodeled lakefront home boasting a full-glass sunroom and a private dock situated in a peaceful wide cove, providing an unparalleled setting for swimming, boating, and fishing. What sets our home apart is the tranquility provided by a lack of passing boat traffic, a ‘cabin in the woods’ feel, and its proximity to area attractions. The space The house provides indoor and outdoor living spaces for up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms and a bunk room. Recommended maximum is 8 adults plus children in bunk room (totaling 12 people). Please no more than 2 pets (under 50 lbs each); exceptions for service animals. The covered dock, with two large swings, provides summertime shade allowing for a connection with the water and nature. The dock includes two kayaks and boat tie-down hooks but does not have a boat slip. The sunroom provides excellent views of the lake and surrounding forest. Additionally, an outdoor firepit is located on the lakeside of the house. This is a Lakefront property with a dock and watercraft. Use of the dock, lake, and equipment is at your own risk. It is required that guests agree to safety and liability terms prior to check-in. Guest access The entire house is available with the exception of the detached garage. Parking for 5 cars and/or boat trailers is available in the wide driveway and street-side parking for an additional 1 to 2 cars. The lake dock has room for 2 boats, or 1 boat and 2 jet skis. Please don’t exceed these boat limits. Other things to note In addition to the kayaks, a canoe (stored on shore) can be carried to the water. No motorized boats are provided. Guests can bring their own boat or rent a boat at the nearby marinas. Several public boat launch ramps are available on the lake. The boat launch at the 'Winchester Bass Club' is located 4 miles away off highway 130. Guests should bring their own life jackets, which are required by law for all types of boating (including kayaks, canoes, paddle-boards, etc.). It is important to note that the TVA lowers the water level of the lake in the winter months by as much as 15 ft. From December through March, the low water level makes the dock ramp steep and dangerous. This is a Lakefront property with a dock and watercraft.
