Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. The entire plot has a huge amount of light and is on several floors, the house is located on a hill at the top of the plot. Adjacent, there is parking for several cars. Both the veranda and the terrace are available. Catch the sunrise outside the bedroom, the daytime sun on the terrace or the sunset on the veranda. The space The house is nicely planned with an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, an office with windows and a bathroom. You live quietly and peacefully with access to everything you need. Five minutes by bike or a quarter of an hour's walk away, you will find the nearest beach with a lovely sandy beach and swimming jetty. Around Onsala, there are endless bays and beautiful summer swimming. Equally close is a grocery store and only a short walk away are pizzeria, Indian, Thai, candy store and bakery. In through the front door is a hall with good storage for both outerwear, shoes and stroller. Directly to the right is the kitchen. The machine equipment consists of stove, two ovens, fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and baking machine. In the middle of the room is a kitchen island, which is a nice way to socialize. The living room is open plan from the kitchen. Here it is open to the ridge, and the ceilings and walls are clad with wood paneling. Large windows welcome the light and there is plenty of room to socialize both at the dining table or on the sofa. An awning is available. From the living room, you can reach the lovely balcony of the house with barbecue and lounge group. Bathroom and laundry room are to the left after the hall. This is equipped with toilet, sink with dresser, shower, washing machine, dryer and laundry bench. Three steps down from the kitchen are the residence's two bedrooms (one children's room and one with a double bed) and an office. From the master bedroom, there is an exit to a small patio.
