You'll also have access to a shared laundry area on the second floor equipped with a washer and dryer. Free private parking for one vehicle is included. The apartment is on a property within a condominium with security cameras located at strategic points and with 24/7 surveillance by officers. Our property is located in a tropical environment, so it is important to be aware of the presence of insects and other animals. While we take precautions such as regular pest control treatments, encounters with nature are normal. We cannot control every insect or small animal that may approach our apartment; therefore, we do not offer refunds for animal intrusions that are beyond our control. We kindly remind our guests to be mindful of the tropical surroundings and to enjoy the unique experience that this environment has to offer.
