The space You don't share anything, neither with me nor with another guest. It has parking, a living room, a breakfast bar, a kitchen with a sink, an induction grill, a minibar, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water filter, a high table with benches to eat, a full bathroom, a small sink, and a bedroom with a double bed. To get to the bedroom you have to go through the bathroom and vice versa, to get to the kitchen and living room from the bedroom, you have to go through the bathroom. Guest access 100% independent, as we have a key safe, you can come and go whenever you want (just let me know when booking so I can notify the guardhouse). Other things to note The street is closed, you can only enter by car on one side, on the other side you can only walk, as long as you have a key. We have 24/7 surveillance and the guards don't have keys or phones from us.
