Welcome to this charming house located in a rural setting in Boge Laxare in northeastern Gotland. Here, cows graze on the meadows below the house. Only 30 minutes drive from Visby is Boge. Here you can enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere. About 5-7 minutes away by car is Slite center, where there are grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, beach and more. 1 km from the house is Slite Golf Club with fantastic golfing opportunities. The space The house is divided into 4 bedrooms, 3 of which can accommodate 2 people, and one can sleep 3 people. 1 living room Kitchen with dining area Bathroom with toilet and shower Other things to note The farm has its own water well that is filled automatically. This means that you should think about the amount of water used. The hot water is heated in a water heater and can run out if you wash for a long time in hot water or if you take several showers in succession. It will be heated automatically after a while. There is also a separate tank for the toilet that is filled at each flush, please be a little economical with flushing so the tank does not get full immediately. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
