The patios with pool and pergola with outdoor fireplace offer pleasant socializing, but note that the house is NOT rented to youth gangs who are looking to party. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where you as a tenant must show consideration for our neighbors. The pool is of the steel pool type and is not insulated. Therefore, it will only be in operation in the summer, and spring/autumn if there is a high temperature. The water is only about 130 cm deep so no diving. You have to be careful about kicking from the edge of the pool. This can cause the steel to be pushed out of the groove and the pool to collapse.
